Tumis Bayam Daging Giling


Hasil 4 Porsi

Bahan :
3 sendok makan minyak goreng
½ buah bawang Bombay, cincang halus
100 gr daging giling
2 buah cabai merah, iris tipis
3 sendok makan saus tiram
1 sendok teh merica hitam, tumbuk kasar
50 ml air
200 gr bayam
Garam secukupnya

Cara Membuat:
Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang Bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan cabai merah, masak hingga layu.
Masukkan daging giling, masak hingga berubah warna. Masukkan saus tiram, merica hitam, air dan garam, masak hingga mendidih.
Masukkan bayam, masak sebentar. Angkat dan sajikan.
